Tyler Carter is an American musician who is renowned for being the founding member of the band known as Issues. Together with the bands he belonged to and also as a solo musician, Carter released several beautiful works. With the Issues band, Carter released the Issues album which charted at number 9 spot on the U.S. Billboard 200.
