Best Live Performances of Adele leading to her 2024 German Residency

Legendary award-winning artist, Adele, has undoubtedly triumphed in the world of music, showcasing a brilliant artistry in maintaining a highly successful career spanning almost two decades in entertainment. With an existing success from al four studio albums that she has released, the talented British superstar is credited with selling out over 120 million records worldwide. Adele holds a Guinness World Record for most weeks at the number one on the UK album chart, reaching 24 weeks, and even has a super large fan base of over 70 million followers on Instagram. Her range of accolades includes 17 Grammy Awards, 12 Brits Awards, a Golden Globe Award, among others.

Adele’s career started in the early 2000s when she signed with XL recordings, performed at local open-mic nights, and released her debut album 19 in 2008 featuring her “Chasing Pavements” single. Some of her popular singles include “Hello,” “Someone Like You,” and “Set Fire To The Rain” among others.

In the 2017 Grammy Award show, the show kicked off with Adele giving a beautiful solo performance of a single “Hello”. Then, Adele was nominated for 2 awards before the show started, won the awards.

Adele at the BRIT Awards 2011

Adele’s performance at Brit Awards undoubtedly stands out in all over performances following the charisma in which the song was sung. Again, it was a historic performance for Adele’s career. She went on winning the British Female Artist and British Album of the Year for her second studio album, 21.

Adele at Glastonbury, 2016

Adele at Glastonbury, 2016, mentioned that the night was her best night ever.  Even before the Hometown Glory performance, she made a statement. She mentioned that, “I was 16 when I wrote this and I never knew I’ll be doing it now.” Also, she was awarded the BBC Music Award for Best Live performance (2016).

Adele at the 2016 Brit Awards

Now, winning has never been a strange thing in the success of Adele’s career. On this occasion, she won the Best British album, Best British single, Best British Female Solo Artist and Global Success. Furthermore, the show came to an end with Adele rendering a special from her album, 25, “When We Were Young” at the 2016 Brit Awards.

Adele at Munich, Germany

Following the pause to her Las Vegas residency, Adele steps back to the face of the world once again. She did this by kicking off her 10-date residency in Munich. The show took place at a place best regarded as “Adele world,” in a 80,000-seat outdoor arena.

The show began with the crowd praising Adele’s amazing outfits. The singing began, with a fantastic setlist of 20 songs and 2 Encore;

Shortly into the show, Adele takes a pause from her performance due to her dress train being soaked following an earlier downpour. Also, amidst this moment did Adele interact with the audiences talking about the beauty of her dress they loved so much.

The beauty of the night was her interaction with the fans. It was so beautiful how she was able to pull off the same thing she did in Las Vegas in Munich with such a big number of people in attendance.
